Job summary

HOWDENS is seeking LLOP Pickers to join the Impact Recruitment team in Raunds, NN9 6RJ. The role features fixed shifts from 12pm to 8pm with a pay rate of £13.05 per hour for the first six hours and £15.81 for the last two hours for the first 6 weeks.

A higher rate applies after 13+ weeks. Regular overtime and a range of onsite perks, including gym access, restaurant facilities, and performance bonuses, are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Capability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Quality checking of products and compliance with safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Quality checking of products.
• Use manual handling to safely stack and band products.
• Perform housekeeping to ensure high hygiene levels on all shifts.
• Follow health and safety rules and SOPs.
• Work additional hours/shifts when required.

SHIFTS & PAY RATES

£13.05/hr for first 6hrs, £15.81/hr for last 2hrs

13+ Weeks

£15.50/hr for first 6hrs, £18.25/hr for last 2hrs

• Plus opportunity to earn up to an additional £3/hr personal performance bonus on both shifts

As The Ideal Candidate You Will Be Expected To

Commutable from: Northampton, Wellingborough, Corby, Kettering, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Thrapston, Rushden, Oundle and Bedford - Public transport will not run from these locations in line with shift times
