Job summary

Osborne Appointments is hiring Warehouse Operatives for a Hatfield distribution centre. You will pick orders with a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP) and prepare items for dispatch, with guaranteed weekly hours and a pathway to a permanent role after 12 weeks.

Roles operate on rotating shifts, including weekends, with training Monday to Friday. Full LLOP training is provided, and immediate starts are available for suitable candidates.

About the Role

We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-paced and successful distribution centre in Hatfield.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time role with guaranteed hours, weekly pay, and the chance to gain a permanent contract after just 12 weeks.

As a Warehouse Operative, your main responsibility will be accurately picking customer orders using a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP) and preparing goods for dispatch.

Immediate starts are available for the right candidates.

• Location: Hatfield, AL10
• Shift Pattern

Rotating weekly shifts (5 days out of 7, including weekends):

• Week 1: 06:00am – 2:00pm
  Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Earn Competitive Rates of Pay

Standard Rates

• £13.60 per hour (before 6:00pm), increasing to £14.36 per hour after 12 weeks + £1.64 holiday pay
• £16.12 per hour (after 6:00pm), increasing to £17.05 per hour after 12 weeks + £1.94 holiday pay
• £14.86 per hour on Sundays, increasing to £15.70 per hour after 12 weeks + £1.79 holiday pay

Additional Earnings

• Overtime paid at £19.90 to £23.29 per hour
• Bank Holiday rates from £23.68 per hour
• Performance-based Pick Bonusup to £2.10 per hour
