Warehousing Solutions Ltd in Luton is seeking Warehouse Operatives for immediate starts on permanent roles. The position involves order picking, voice-picking system use (training provided), and operation of warehouse equipment. Expect some heavy lifting (up to 5 kg) and strict adherence to safety procedures.

Permanent roles with ongoing work, weekly pay, and a benefits package including staff discounts and pension. Fixed shifts are AM, PM, and Night with a 12-week rota and 5 days of work from 7.

Qualifications

• Good communication and strong listening skills.
• Able to follow SOPs and work instructions precisely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking.
• Experience in warehouse roles is advantageous but not essential.
• Ambition to progress within the company.

Responsibilities

• Order picking of products.
• Operate voice-activated picking system (training provided).
• Use mechanically operated equipment.
• Assist with manual handling (up to 5 kg).
• Follow Warehouse SOPs and report safety concerns.
