Warehousingsolutions in LUTON is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for immediate starts with permanent opportunities. Roles include order picking, voice-picking with training, and use of mechanical equipment on a fixed AM/PM/Night shift.

You will join a team with 12-week rota and opportunities to work extra hours, with strong focus on safety and accuracy. Benefits include weekly pay, pension scheme, staff discounts, permanent roles, and mortgage references; full-time positions on site in LUTON

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to work a 12-week rota and 5 days from 7.

Responsibilities

• Order picking products.
• Picking using a voice automated system – training provided.
• Use mechanically operated equipment.
• Heavy lifting (max 5 kg).
• Work to standard SOPs and company policy.
• Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report concerns.
