The Best Connection is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our client in Crawley/Gatwick. This role involves packing, stock movement and loading/unloading duties in a fast-paced logistics environment with full training provided. Immediate start with a full-time contract, 12-week temp-perm track and the need to drive to site.

Qualifications

• Must have full UK driving licence and access to your own transport due to site location.
• Ability to complete a 5-year background check and DBS check.
• Full training provided; previous warehouse experience desirable but not required.
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch.
• Moving stock and materials around the warehouse.
• Helping load and unload stock from vehicles.
• Keeping the work area clean and compliant with health and safety rules.
• Supporting the team to meet production deadlines.
