A recruitment agency is seeking reliable individuals for a Warehouse Operative position in Cupar, Scotland. This full-time role offers £12.21 per hour, with Monday to Friday shifts.   • Reporting any damaged/missing items to Warehouse Managers/Supervisors.
  • Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining warehouse equipment.
  • Storing and distribution of produced items.
  • Assisting with warehouse inventory controls.
  • General warehouse and labourer duties.

Job description

Connect Appointments are recruiting reliable individuals to join our client's production team in Cupar, Fife - as a Warehouse Operative.

What's on offer? A full-time position on a temporary to permanent basis; working Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00; paid at £12.21 per hour; with full training, and immediate starts available for the right candidates.

Working as a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that all items that are loaded/unloaded match the relevant paperwork
  • Reporting any damaged/missing items to Warehouse Managers/Supervisors
  • Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining warehouse equipment
  • Storing and distribution of produced items
  • Assisting with warehouse inventory controls
  • General warehouse and labourer duties

To be successful you will ideally have previous experience in a warehouse, production/manufacturing other fast-paced environment, although not essential as full training is provided. Combined with:

  • Good physical strength and fitness
  • Excellent team-working skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Great organisational and record-keeping skills
  • The ability to work effectively under limited supervision
