Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support efficient movement, storage, and dispatch of goods within our warehouse. You will receive, inspect, store, and pick orders while maintaining accuracy, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or relevant warehouse experience.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions accurately.

• Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods within our warehouse operation. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for receiving, handling, storing, recording, and dispatching materials while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and safety. You will operate both motorised and non-motorised material handling equipment and help ensure products are delivered to customers and internal stakeholders on time and in excellent condition. This role is vital in supporting daily warehouse operations and maintaining inventory accuracy.

What We Are Looking For
