Job summary

Nexus People are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our client's busy distribution operation in Halifax.

The role pays £12.71 per hour, with hours Monday to Friday 06:00–14:00 and adhoc flexibility. Weekly pay on Fridays and full training provided are part of the package.

Duties include handballing heavy bathroom furniture from containers, meeting deadlines, keeping areas clean and safe, and supporting a team of 7; a friendly, supportive environment is offered.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required; must be physically strong and able to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handballing heavy bathroom furniture from containers.
• Working at pace to ensure deadlines are met.
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with additional duties when required.
• Working in a team of 7.
