We are looking for Warehouse Operatives who are ambitious and match our values (performance, trust, respect, grounded and belonging).

What you'll do
  • Checking of incoming returns from the stores
  • Different shifts available: Day shift 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, 10am-7pm, 2pm-11pm, & 4pm-1am
  • Keep our distribution centre clear and ensure any potential hazards are dealt with quickly and efficiently
  • Emptying waste disposal sites throughout the warehouse
  • Sorting and processing recyclables and auxiliary materials
  • Always maintain health and safety standards.
What you'll need
  • Comfortable with operating moving equipment
  • A flexible can-do attitude
  • Preferably, experience within a warehouse environment
  • A good team player
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive and transparent salary system, that ensures pay equality across all positions at Lidl

• £12.40 per hour rising to £14.10 per hour after 3 years
• Additional supplements paid depending on the days & hours worked*
