Job Description

Earn a starting wage of £538 per week.

We are currently recruiting warehouse operatives to join the busy team at the North Scarle Lincoln factory.

The role involves assisting supervisors in the smooth operation of the factory, meeting department targets and orders, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Your responsibilities include picking, packing, and handling pet food goods.

• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Picking orders using the Cmex system
• Ensuring products are stored correctly and traceability is maintained at all times
• Upholding food safety standards consistently

Duration: This is an ongoing role with immediate start.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: £12.64 basic rate, £18.36 overtime (all hours over 40 hours per week). Starting wage: £490 per week.

Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shifts, rotating weekly between days (06:00 - 18:00) and nights (18:00 - 06:00). Total 48 hours per week.

Experience & Qualifications

Requirements:

• Forklift license is not required but advantageous.
• A motivated individual, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent attitude towards teamwork and assisting colleagues.
• Good spoken and written English skills.
