Are you a team player with a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a love for fast-paced environments?

ProCook is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team on a fixed term contract until January 2026, full or part time basis at our Store Support Centre in Gloucester.

As a Warehouse Operative at ProCook, you’ll play a vital role in making sure our customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and in perfect condition. From picking and packing to loading, stacking, and goods-in – your work will help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

We are looking to fill a few positions at the moment, we can be flexible on the working pattern and can offer both part-time and full-time roles. Please note the roles will be offered on a Fixed Term Contract until mid January 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on the area you're assigned to, your daily tasks may include:

  • Picking customer orders with speed and accuracy using handheld scanners
  • Packing items with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition
  • Stacking and sorting goods within the warehouse and preparing shipments
  • Loading/unloading delivery vehicles and supporting goods-in operations
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
  • Working to KPIs and deadlines while supporting your team to hit shared goals

Training will be provided, and you'll be supported by our experienced team every step of the way.

Shift Pattern & Hours:

Our warehouse operates 7 days a week, and you will work a 2-week rolling shift pattern, which breaks down as follows:

  • Week 1: You will work Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday from 8am to 8pm.
  • Week 2: You will work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8am to 8pm.

This means you will work every other weekend and have some weekdays off. Over the course of the month, you’ll work 2 full weekends, with 2 weekends off as a Full-time position, but we can accommodate part-time too.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment (ideal, but not essential – training is provided)
  • Confidence using handheld scanners and working to targets
  • Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  • A strong team ethic and reliability – we all succeed together
  • Physical stamina to manage manual handling and long shifts on your feet
  • Salary is £12.90/hr
