The role involves 40 hours per week on a night shift (22:00–06:00) with a 5-in-7 rota and pay depends on performance bands between £13.14 and £17.52 per hour, including allowances.

Key duties include accurate order assembly, safe picking and loading, stock rotation, and vehicle loading preparation. Benefits include pension, staff discounts, and long-service awards.

Full time Bedford Depot

Warehouse Operative Freezer - Nig ht Shift (22:00 - 06:00)

40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, to include weekends on a rota basis

Temperature-controlled (-23°C to 4°C) environment

Pay is based upon your productivity utilising a Standard Hour scheme:

90% performance £13.14 per hour

100% performance £14.60 per hour

110% performance £16.79 per hour

120% performance £17.52 per hour

(all inclusive of £1.89ph Night Shift allowance and £1.24ph Freezer premium. Work conducted outside the freezer as and when required will not feature the premium)

As a Warehouse Operative in Bedford (MK41 7BJ) , you will play a crucial role in the accurate and efficient assembly of customers’ orders. We are seeking motivated, friendly, hard-working individuals who thrive in a dynamic work environment.
