Booker Group is hiring a Warehouse Operative in Banbury to join a fast-paced logistics team delivering to top food and drink brands. You will ensure accurate picking, safe handling and pristine condition of goods for delivery.
You will operate voice-picking tech, check quality and shelf life, and work with colleagues to meet KPIs. A 44-hour week includes Sundays and public holidays under a 5-day rolling rota.
We operate the UK’s ONLY flexible multi-temp, shared customer delivery logistics network. We buy, warehouse, pick and distribute products to the nation’s best loved food and drink brands every single day and provide the best experience to our customers.
We are looking for Warehouse Operative to join our team with a real can-do attitude who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

As a Warehouse Team Member, the role is not just about picking the right products for delivery, but ensuring our customers get the best service and all products are received in immaculate condition.
Working Hours:
44 hours per week which includes Sundays and public holidays.
