Job summary
Oadby Plastics in Braintree is seeking a Permanent Warehouse Operative to join our team. You will pick, pack and dispatch customer orders, operate counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks, and support daily logistics operations to meet our service targets.

Qualifications
- Experience operating Counterbalance and Reach Trucks.
- Strong teamwork and reliability in a warehouse environment.
- Good awareness of Health & Safety practices in a warehouse.
- Experience in warehouse operations is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and checking goods, reporting issues.
- Organising and rotating stock to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
- Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch, including labeling.
- Using counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks to move and load goods safely.
- Carrying out stock checks to maintain accuracy.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
