Qualifications

Job Description:

We’re looking to bring in a Warehouse operative/FLT driver on the afternoon shift, 1400-2200, for our new contract in Leicestershire. Based at their production facility, you’ll be responsible for picking and loading in a factory-fed warehouse operation.

Pay, benefits and more:

Salary: £12.97 per hour, with a 1.25% increase for overtime and 1.5% on weekends. Benefits include 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, option to buy additional days, high street discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, workplace pension, and other perks.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Handling and putting away palletised goods
  • Stacking and handling pallets onto trailers
  • Driving on-site loading efficiency and suggesting improvements
  • Putting pallets into the line feeder for production

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • Experience operating an FLT truck, preferably counterbalance license B1 with at least 2 years of experience
