Job summary

Gi Group is recruiting a Warehouse Operative in Crewe for a busy distribution site. You will scan, sort, build crates and palletise parcels, supporting safe and efficient dispatch in a team environment.

Flexible shifts include inbound, Twilight and Nights with start times from 11am to midnight; rewarding weekly pay with progression after 12 weeks. Full-time, part-time and ad hoc options available.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate confidently in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Accurately scan and sort parcels according to destination (~min 2000 parcels per shift).
• Build crates, palletise parcels, and ensure items are securely prepared for dispatch.
• Support the safe, efficient operation of the warehouse as part of a collaborative team.
• Utilise strong attention to detail and follow written instructions to achieve high standards.
• Flexible shift patterns available, with variable start and finish times dependent on workload and parcel volumes.
