Job description

A great opportunity to join the Kuehne+Nagel team at Bicester

This role is an integral element of the day to day operational functionality delivering objectives and outputs efficiently and effectively within a Kuehne+Nagel Government & Defence warehouse environment.

How you create impact
  • Carry out assigned tasks including: picking, packing, goods receipt, checking, loading & unloading of vehicles, hygiene, the processing of returns and stock maintenance and integrity tasks.
  • Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and carry out other assigned computer based tasks as required.
  • Comply and contribute to the KN 5s standards within the working area.
  • Actively contribute towards continuous improvement projects and ideas.
  • Operate to trained work instructions e.g. ABC Modules/ WI.
  • Adhere to company standards as detailed in the Code of Conduct Policy.
  • Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the workplace.
  • Achieve individual and team productivity performance standards including accuracy.
  • Adopt KN Compass behaviours.
  • Follow the escalation process where there is any deviation from the standard process.
  • Requirement to work at height in a safe and effective manner in line with training provided.
