Are you looking to use your warehouse experience in a new role? Do you like the sound of working on a large, complex operation with one of the biggest names in logistics? Are you ready for your next challenge?

We’re looking to bring in a Warehouse Operative on the day shift, for our contract based in Burton Latimer. Based at their production facility, you will be working on the day shift Monday-Thursday one week and Tuesday-Thursday the next.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £14.18 per hour. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• General warehouse duties
• Loading and unloading our vehicles and storing goods in an organised manner
• Manual handling involving cages and larger items, so you must be comfortable with lifting and shifting!

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• A focus on health and safety
• Experience within warehousing would be beneficial
• Preferred but not essential experience with double handling; training will be provided
• Preferred but not essential experience in bulk stacking; training will be provided
