Job summary

MFI.co.uk is seeking a Warehouse Operative to keep stock moving and customers happy. You’ll unload deliveries, inspect goods and ensure items are stored correctly. You’ll use a Warehouse Management System to pick and pack orders, and operate pallet trucks safely at the Skelmersdale site to maintain a showroom-ready workspace.

You’ll be on the Sat–Tue shift (7:30am–6:30pm), 40 hours per week, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Physical fitness required; you’ll be on your feet and moving stock.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic IT literacy; systems are user-friendly.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Unload and inspect deliveries with attention to detail.
• Organise and store goods to maintain order.
• Pick and pack orders using the Warehouse Management System.
• Operate pallet trucks and manual handling equipment safely.
• Ensure boxes are packed securely for showroom condition.
