Job summary

DPD UK in Radlett is seeking high-energy Warehouse Operatives for a fast-paced role in a leading sustainability-focused delivery group. You will be on your feet, loading, unloading, scanning and sorting parcels while using warehouse tech to ensure timely delivery. Full training and PPE provided.

This permanent role offers 30 hours per week with shifts 00:30–08:30, and opportunities for progression as the company promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and ability to hit targets.
• Team player who works well with others.
• Reliable attendance and reliability on shifts.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg and staying on feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading, scanning, and sorting parcels with precision.
• Handling items up to 25kg.
• Using warehouse tech to route parcels correctly.
• Operating scanners, conveyor systems and handling equipment safely.
