Job summary

ActicareUK Ltd in Hereford is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join a welcoming team. You’ll focus on picking, packing and loading orders onto our fleet of vans, in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and motivation as key requirements.

The role is full-time, with Monday to Friday hours and 47.5 hours per week, plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Benefits include paid overtime, free lunch, parking, pension, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Positive, hardworking, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
• Full UK driving license not required but may be beneficial in the future.
• Forklift license not required but may be advantageous in the future.
• Physically capable of all duties including lifting and using ladders.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders using ride-on picking trucks.
• Pack and load orders onto delivery vans.
• Help maintain warehouse standards.
