Job summary

Booker Group in Magor is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our Trunking Station site. The role involves picking and packing orders, using handheld terminals, and ensuring accuracy for on-time delivery in a fast-paced distribution centre.

The position is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, with shifts across five days. A pre-employment drug and alcohol test is required; training on equipment may be available and the site handles ambient, chilled and freezer zones as needed.

Qualifications

• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Hardworking with the ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team.
• Teamwork and self-motivation with a proactive approach.
• Proven warehouse experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders using a handheld terminal.
• Receiving, storing and stacking stock appropriately.
• Maintain stock integrity to fulfil requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment with health and safety in mind.
• Opportunity to be trained on LLOP and FLT areas where applicable.
• Work across ambient, chilled and freezer sections as needed.
