Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking a Warehouse Operative to pick, pack and prepare orders for delivery. You will support the branch across holidays and busy periods, ensuring accuracy and timely movements of stock.

As a casual, zero-hour role, you’ll cover holidays or absence, with an average of up to 41 hours per week from Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday work depending on branch cover. Prior warehouse experience is beneficial, but reliability and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or similar environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Ability to work to deadlines with accuracy.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Knowledge of car parts/automotive industry desirable.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Check and store supplier-delivered parts.
• Inspect customer returns for resale or warranty.
• Verify stock quantities against the computer and store in correct locations.
