As a Warehouse Operative for Ocado Logistics, you are at the heart of preparing orders for customers. Join our warehouse in Erith where you'll be working in a state-of-the-art facility preparing orders for customers.

We have a variety of areas and shift options available, allowing you to plan your work-life balance with our core roster. You will receive your work pattern 6 - 13 weeks in advance, giving you ample time to plan with your family and friends.

We have roles available in the following areas:

1. Despatch - Loading individual totes into frames for delivery vans and sorting totes returning to the site. This is a physical role requiring the ability to lift heavy totes.
2. Pick - Picking and packing customer orders into shopping totes, handling goods with care, assisted by robots.
3. Inbound - Receiving goods from suppliers and organizing them into totes for processing.
4. Freezer - Picking and packing frozen items in temperatures up to -25℃, with full gear provided.

Shift options include:

• Nights Pick/Freezer: 18:00 - 06:00, 4 nights
• Days Despatch: 06:00 - 17:00, 4 days
• Nights Despatch: 19:00 - 06:00, 4 nights
• Nights Inbound: 18:00 - 06:00, 4 nights

What do you get in return?

Salary (from 31st March 2025):

• Starting rate - £12.27 per hour
• Night shift premium (midnight to 6am) - +£2.67 per hour
• Freezer Premium - £1.10 per hour
• Overtime paid at basic x 1.25
