Our expanding e-commerce platform in the UK is driving growth in our online business. As a result, we are looking to increase our staffing levels to meet the rising demand.

The Shift

FT & PT hours available, standard open hours are 08:30-17:00. Open hours and shift patterns may change depending on business requirements.

Key roles and responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack website customer orders meeting company KPI’s
• Ensure systems are correctly updated throughout the order process
• Provide stock counts as needed
• Label and ship orders ahead of daily collections

Stock Management

• Receive and accurately locate stock
• Process returns, ensuring stock returned is counted and booked correctly
• Record and segregate damaged/unpickable items

Health and Safety

• Comply with health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment

The ideal candidate

• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Experience in order processing/eCommerce or warehouse packing is advantageous
• Excellent English and numeracy skills
• Proficiency in computer use, including Excel & MS Teams
