Staffline is hiring a Warehouse Operative in Worcester. This full-time role offers steady hours with Saturdays off and full training from day one to help you hit the ground running.

You’ll pick and pack orders, load goods safely, perform quality checks and help keep the warehouse running smoothly as part of a friendly, hardworking team. Earn up to £14.57 per hour on night shifts or £13.55 on days and afternoons.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but it’s not essential.
• What’s most important is attitude and willingness to learn.

You'll help keep customer orders moving while working as part of a supportive team where everyone works together to get the job done.

This is a

full-time role with consistent hours and

Saturdays always off, making it easier to plan around life outside of work.

Pay and Shift Details

Pay Rates

• Days and afternoons: £13.55 per hour
• Nights: £14.57 per hour

Working Hours

• Sunday: 7am to 3pm
• Monday to Friday: 2pm to 10pm
• Monday to Friday: 10pm to 6am

Working Pattern

• Any 5 out of 6 days between Sunday and Friday (rota-based)
• Saturdays are always off
