Apply today to work as a Warehouse Operative at our client's busy Distribution Centre.

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives at Emerald Park, Folly Brook Road, BS16 7FE.

This is an ongoing position with the possibility of transitioning from temporary to permanent!

The pay rate is:

• First 12 weeks: £12.72 per hour
• After 12 weeks: £29.05 per hour
• Performance Bonus up to £29.05 per hour
• A weekend bonus of 20% is paid on top of the normal rate

This is a full-time role with fixed shifts, working 5 out of 7 days, from 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

This role is not suitable for students due to shift requirements.

Your Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:

• Picking produce and selecting stock
• Stacking items into cages
• Delivering items and cages to loaders
• Using manual handling equipment in a busy environment

Heavy lifting of up to 25kg is involved.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment and meeting targets
• Can communicate in English at a conversational level
• Has experience in a similar role
