Select Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client, a respected and growing manufacturing business based in Norwich, for a Warehouse Operative / Driver to join their warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the assembly, production, and construction of specialist products using hand and power tools
• Carry out local deliveries using a company vehicle (clean driving licence required)
• Support general warehouse duties including goods in/out, packing, and stock organisation
• Work from production schedules to meet order deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times and help maintain a clean, safe workshop environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has a practical mindset and has experience in the warehousing setting
• Is organised, reliable, and able to follow instructions accurately
• Has a full, clean UK driving licence
• Is flexible and able to work longer hours during busy seasonal periods (mainly winter)
• Has their own transport to commute to the Norwich-based site
• Experience in a workshop, warehouse or production environment is an advantage, but not essential

Hours and Pay:

• Monday to Friday, 07:00am – 5:00pm (some seasonal variation with earlier starts or longer days)
• Competitive salary depending on experience
• 32 days annual leave including public holidays, with a Christmas shutdown
