Position: Order Distributor

Contract Type: Permanent Part Time

Location: Isle of Sheppey - HMP Swaleside (ME12 4AX)

Salary: £16,263

Shift Pattern: Hours Per week

NOTE: The role is based within a prison. You will be required to undergo an enhanced security vetting process if successful.

At DHL, we run warehouses inside of prisons where inmates can order basic goods, paid for with their own funds. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will oversee the picking, packing, and distribution of these orders, supporting inmate rehabilitation.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading prisoners in a warehouse environment and handling picking and packing tasks
• Reconciling stock levels within the prison warehouse
• Managing timely dispatch of orders to inmates
• Meeting and exceeding operational targets

Qualifications and Skills:

• Three years of UK address history (mandatory for security clearance)
• Ability to work in a prison environment alongside inmates
• Understanding of warehouse processes (desirable)
• Good communication skills across all levels
