Job summary

Bestway Healthcare in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to join a multi-functional warehousing team. You will use digitised handheld picking scanners to fulfill customer orders and operate stock accounting scanners to keep inventory accurate.

You will assist with receiving, storing and distributing products, maintain a safe and tidy workplace, and work with colleagues to hit daily targets while complying with health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with digitised handheld scanners and stock accounting scanners.
• Good communication and ability to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders using digitised handheld scanners to fulfill customer requirements.
• Operate stock accounting scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and distributing products in the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets and operational goals.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle and package products carefully to prevent damage.
• Support continuous improvement in warehouse processes.
