Role purpose:

A despatch operative responsible for dispatching products for next-day delivery, supporting the supply chain, and maintaining stock accessibility.

Key responsibilities:

• Shipments: Verify orders, pack, label, and inspect items for damage.
• Checks: Attach correct labels, verify shipping details, and ensure accuracy.
• Updates: Maintain operational processes, monitor emails for changes.
• Loading: Load items carefully, optimize space, and record keeping.
• Packaging: Securely package items, minimize waste, and uphold brand standards.
• Couriers: Prepare pallets, check for contamination, and organize shipments.
• Manifests: Create and verify transportation manifests.
• Information: Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and quality control.
• Consignments: End-of-day manifests, pallet wrapping, and labeling.
