In an exciting hybrid role, we're looking for Warehouse Operative / Delivery Drivers to work alongside our expanding low carbon technology installation teams and provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This is a new operation and a new role, which you will have the ability to shape and develop as we grow. We've moved into a brand new, high-tech Distribution Centre which happens to have a slide... What you'll do

• Manage the warehouse operations including Goods In, Goods Out, Pack Build, Goods Assembly, Returns, and Stock Control, ensuring the site and yard are clean, organized, and safe.
• Drive, collect, and deliver goods to sites nationally using a company-provided (BIG PINK) Luton Van (fuel and insurance provided).
• Support engineers and customers by leaving goods in secure, safe, and practical locations.
• Provide an exceptional delivery service, representing the face of the company.
• Assist with other tasks such as vehicle pickups, maintenance, cleaning/servicing equipment, and inventory checks.

What you'll need

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center.
• Physically fit for multi-drop driving and warehouse duties.
• Confident communication skills, friendly, proactive, with a 'can do' attitude.
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 3 points).
• Experience driving and operating a ton Luton Van or similar, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Forklift experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 06:00 – 22:00, with rotas provided 3 weeks in advance and some flexibility needed for changes.
