We deliver smart energy, low carbon solutions for our customers.

In an exciting hybrid role, we're looking for Warehouse Operative / Delivery Drivers to work with our expanding low carbon technology installation teams and provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This is a new operation and role, offering you the chance to shape and develop as we grow. We've moved into a new, high-tech Distribution Centre with unique features like a slide. At Octopus, the customer is at the heart of everything we do. Our diverse, friendly field force delivers the experience Octopus Energy customers love.

What you'll do

• Manage warehouse operations including Goods In, Goods Out, Pack Build, Goods Assembly, Returns, and Stock Control, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe site.
• Drive, collect, and deliver goods nationally using a company-provided (BIG PINK) Luton Van (fuel and insurance covered).
• Support engineers and customers by leaving goods in secure, practical locations.
• Provide excellent delivery service, representing the company positively.
• Assist with tasks like vehicle pickups, maintenance, cleaning, and inventory checks.

What you'll need

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Physical fitness to handle multi-drop driving and warehouse tasks.
• Confident communication skills with a friendly, proactive attitude.
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 3 points).
• Experience driving and operating a ton Luton Van or similar, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Forklift experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 06:00 – 22:00, with rotas available 3 weeks in advance and some flexibility required.

What we offer

• Base salary: £28,000 – £28,000.
• OTE: Up to £30,000.
