Job summary

Culina Logistics provides integrated supply chain services for food & drink products, including a dedicated Aylesford warehouse team. This role focuses on accurate stock movement in a modern, high-performance environment.

The position is full-time, with 12-hour day shifts on a 4-on-3-off pattern, including weekends. The facility is chill to around 3°C, and the salary is £32,436.25 per annum, with excellent on-site amenities for staff enjoyment.

Qualifications

• Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment.
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick stock and customer orders in the chilled warehouse.
• Hit clear KPI targets in a fast-moving environment.
• Build pallets safely and efficiently through accurate case picking.
• Operate PPT ride-ons to move palletised goods around the warehouse.
• Assemble customer orders accurately against order profiles.
• Ensure every order is picked with correct products and quantities.
• Champion high standards of health and safety at all times.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized; working to targets and KPIs.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Aylesford team, supporting key retail warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team.

• Accurately pick stock and customer orders in the chilled warehouse
• Hit clear KPI targets in a fast-moving, high-performance environment
• Build pallets safely and efficiently through accurate case picking
• Operate PPT ride-ons to move palletised goods safely around the warehouse
• Assemble customer orders accurately against order profiles
• Make sure every order is picked with the correct products and quantities
• Champion high standards of health and safety at all times
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and running smoothly. Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.
• Confident working to clear targets and KPI's and delivering strong performance
• PPT experience is desirable
• Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working 12-hour day shifts on a 4on-3off pattern, including weekend work, from 07:00 to 19:00. The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures of around 3 degrees. Salary: £32,436.25 per annum, You'll be joining a modern, state-of-the-art facility opened in 2023, with excellent on-site amenities including a break area with a pool table, darts board and table tennis for staff to enjoy.
