Job Details

£31,709 (£ per hour) plus £1,500 per year attendance bonus and a great range of benefits

Working Hours: Sunday - Friday, 09:00AM - 18:30PM (every Saturday off and a rest day midweek)

Location: Newhouse, Motherwell

About the Role

No previous warehouse experience is required—just enthusiasm and a desire to learn! If you're friendly, eager to progress, and ready to learn, we offer comprehensive training and development opportunities.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will pick, pack, and check the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items for delivery. The role begins with a full induction, and we provide optional accredited training such as forklift, first aid, and HGV driving, allowing for growth and advancement.

Key requirements include attention to detail, comfort working in a cool environment (thermal uniform provided), ability to lift up to 25kg, and ideally your own transport to reach the site.
