Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants in Edenbridge, Kent, is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join a hands-on team. You’ll manage goods in, stock control, picking, packing and dispatch as part of a day-shift role with flexible hours and a supportive team.

This permanent, full-time position offers a salary around £27,000 per year, plus a company bonus scheme, monthly incentives and opportunities for progression within a growing manufacturing business.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and booking goods into the warehouse system.
• Checking and counting incoming deliveries.
• Labelling, storing and organising stock.
• Picking customer orders accurately.
• Packing products ready for dispatch.
• Updating stock records and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift where applicable.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment.
• Following company procedures and quality standards.
