A global logistics company is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Rugby, transitioning to Coventry in 2027. Candidates should have valid forklift licenses and be proactive team players. The role involves unloading deliveries, quality-checking products, and managing stock. Benefits include a contributory pension scheme and medical insurance.

Starting Salary: £25,857 per annum
Earning Potential: Up to £26,357 per annum (upon achieving bonus targets)
Location: Rugby (relocating to Coventry in June 2027)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM / 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 4:30 PM, with one Saturday shift every 7 weeks
Please note: GTO, Logistics Services, Volvo Group Logistics will be relocating from Rugby to Coventry. Ideally, candidates should be happy to commute to both sites during the transition period.
