Job description

We are recruiting full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our partner’s Consumer Service Department based in Peterborough.

· Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:00, and Friday 08:00 – 15:30

What will you be doing?

· Securely loading and unloading vehicles for inbound and outbound shipments

· Booking goods into the warehouse system

· Picking and packing customer orders

· Processing returned parts, managing stock locations, and replenishments

· Quality checking of parts

· Supporting dispatch operations and preparing parcels for shipment

· Participating in stock counts and assisting in goods-in activities

· Maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe working environment

· Ensuring full compliance with quality and Health & Safety standards

What will you need?

· Previous experience in a warehousing or logistics environment is advantageous

· A good understanding of stock management principles

· Willingness to train or current licences for FLT / Reach / Counterbalance

· Experience operating Hand-Held Terminals (HHTs) is beneficial

· Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)

· Working knowledge of SAP systems in a warehouse environment (desirable)
