As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you’ll ensure our stores receive the right stock when they need it. From picking products to assisting in team tasks like checking stock, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get the job done. You’ll work independently through your orders to help get our 2,000-plus products into the hands of satisfied customers, taking pride in the fact that without you, our shelves would be empty.

In return, we offer a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, along with a generous benefits package supporting your well-being and outside life.

What you'll do

• Be a multitasker, carefully listening to picking instructions through your headset to execute them swiftly
• Pack a variety of products including meat, fruit, frozen, and chilled items (with premium payments of £1.50/hour when working at temperatures as low as -18°C)
• Ensure deliveries are perfectly stacked and secure
• Report any damaged items to your manager
• Work independently through your orders
