Job Opportunity: Warehouse Operative

Location: Barton-under-Needwood

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour, paid weekly

Shifts: 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday

About The Role

We are seeking 2 warehouse operatives to join our client's on-site warehouse team in Barton-under-Needwood. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity, perfect for individuals looking for stable work in a structured and safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• General warehouse duties: sort and process orders, packing, putaway, using PC to update warehouse management systems
• Use of MHE equipment
• Health & Safety: follow all site health and safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment
• Maintenance: keep work areas clean and organized
• Team collaboration: work effectively with colleagues to meet daily and weekly recycling targets

Candidate Requirements

• Experience preferred: prior experience in warehousing or a similar role is advantageous but not essential
• Attention to detail: ability to follow instructions and maintain high-quality standards in recycling processes
• Physically fit: comfortable with manual handling
• Reliability: punctual, dependable, and committed to long-term work
