Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a warehouse operative with counterbalance and reach forklift experience for their client in Purfleet. You’ll unload containers, organise stock for shipment and work with colleagues to hit daily targets.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented and able to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM, with weekly pay and an ongoing assignment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Unloading items from containers and placing into warehouse.
• Working in a team to ensure workload is completed.
• Organising products for shipment.
• Ensuring all orders are processed in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
