Job summary

Reflect Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative/Counterbalance FLT Driver for a busy transport and logistics operation just outside Long Bennington. The role runs Monday to Friday, starting between 06:00 and 07:00, with finish times up to 18:00 depending on workload.

The successful candidate will move palletised goods, load/unload vehicles, and help with general warehouse duties, ensuring safe handling and accurate stock checks.

Qualifications

• Counterbalance FLT licence required.
• Own transport to site essential.
• Experience with loading/unloading palletised freight.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently within a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift to move palletised goods.
• Load and unload vehicles and check goods for damage.
• Move, allocate and organise freight in warehouse and yard.
• Assist with picking/packing and maintain a clean, safe work area.
