Job Description:

I have a fantastic temp to permanent opportunity for a Warehouse Operative with an industry leading manufacturing organisation based in Irvine.

Once permanent, this role provides benefits including pension, bonus scheme, private medical, income protection, travel insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment that operates in an EXCiPACT GMP or other highly regulated manufacturing environment, with knowledge of EH&S systems. A counter balance licence and a full clean driving license are essential.

The working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm.

Main responsibilities include:

• Receipt, processing, storage, and issue of raw materials and finished goods using a computerized system
• Supply of materials for production schedules in a timely manner
• Stock counting using a computerized system
• Compliance with all EXCiPACT GMP, Quality, and EHS requirements
• Routine housekeeping to maintain an audit-ready area

Requirements include:

• Good communication, literacy, numerical skills, and computer literacy
• Flexibility and a cooperative team approach
• Experience with computerized stock control systems
• Working knowledge of SAP (desirable)
• Counterbalance forklift license and clean driving license
• Reach forklift and VNA truck licenses (desirable)
