Overview

We are now looking for a Chilled Warehouse Operative to join our client in the Tewkesbury area.

This will be permanent position after a successful trial period (upon completion of 12 full weeks).

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and stock rotation of customer orders
• Stock replenishment and maintaining a safe, clean working environment
• Loading and securing orders on delivery vehicles
• Complying with food hygiene regulations

Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience in a warehouse or food production environment is preferred but not essential; candidates who are proactive, accurate, and comfortable working under pressure are welcome to apply.

Important Notes

• This role requires manual handling and adherence to strict hygiene standards.
• Due to food hygiene regulations only one solid wedding band is permitted. No earrings, studs, bracelets, necklaces, makeup, strong smelling deodorants or perfumes are permitted in the production area.
• Reliable transportation to the Tewkesbury site is necessary, as public transport may not align with shift times.
• Hours of Work:
• Monday - Saturday.
• 5 shift per week on a rota basis.
• 7am - 4.30pm and 9am - 6.30pm.
• Overtime pay after 40 hours at 1.25 x standard pay
• Rate of Pay:
• £12.80 per hour.
