As a Warehouse Operative for Ocado Logistics, you are at the heart of preparing orders for customers. Join our warehouse in Bristol where you'll be working in a state-of-the-art facility preparing orders for customers.

We have a variety of areas and shift options available, allowing you to plan your work-life balance with our core roster. Receive your work pattern 6 - 13 weeks in advance, giving you plenty of time to plan with your family and friends. You will be required to work in both Ambient and Chill areas (-5℃).

Roles available in the following areas:

• Despatch: Loading totes into frames for delivery vans and sorting totes returning to site. This is a physical role requiring the ability to lift heavy totes.
• Pick: Picking and packing customer orders into shopping totes. Goods are handled with care, with assistance from robots.
• Inbound: Receiving goods from suppliers and organizing them into totes for robots and pickers.
• Freezer: Picking and packing frozen items in a large freezer at temperatures up to -25℃. Full gear is provided.

Shift Times:

• Nights Pick/Freezer: 20:00 - 06:00 - 4 nights
• Days Despatch: 07:00 - 17:00 - 4 days
• Nights Despatch: 21:00 - 07:00 - 4 nights
• Nights Inbound: 19:00 - 05:00 - 4 nights

What do you get in return?

Salary (from 31st March 2025):

• Starting rate - £12.45 per hour
• Night shift premium (10pm - 6am) - +£2.50 per hour
• Freezer Premium - £0.80 per hour
• Overtime paid at basic x 1.25
