As a Warehouse Operative at Ocado Logistics, you'll be central to preparing orders for our customers. Join our state-of-the-art warehouse in Andover, working in various areas with flexible shift options to suit your lifestyle.

We offer a predictable work schedule, with your roster provided 6-13 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal life. Work in ambient and chill areas (-5℃).

Available Roles:

• Despatch: 07:00 - 17:00 Days or 21:00 - 07:00 Nights. Load totes into frames and organize returning totes. Physically demanding, requires ability to lift heavy loads.
• Pick: 05:00 - 15:00 Days or 19:00 - 05:00 Nights. Pick and pack customer orders, assisted by robots.
• Inbound: 06:00 - 17:00 Days or 19:00 - 06:00 Nights. Receive goods from suppliers and prepare totes for processing.
• Freezer: 05:00 - 15:00 Days or 19:00 - 05:00 Nights. Pick and pack frozen items in temperatures up to -25℃. Full gear provided.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting salary from 31 March 2025: £12.21/hour. Night shift premium: +£2.50/hour. Freezer premium: +£0.80/hour. Overtime paid at 1.25x. Benefits include digital GP, salary advances, shopping discounts, pension contributions, and car sharing schemes.
