Job summary

Meridian Business Support is recruiting for an ongoing temporary Warehouse Operative in Aston Clinton, near Aylesbury HP22. This role offers full-time hours with Monday to Friday shifts, weekly pay and paid training. Immediate starts available in a well-organised distribution environment.

Responsibilities include picking/packing, loading/unloading, stock checks and working with scanners across standard and automated systems. Long-term progression opportunities may arise.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Physical capability for manual handling and standing for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately using pick lists or scanners.
• Loading and unloading deliveries ready for dispatch.
• Handling goods in and out, including stock checks.
• Working across distribution areas and automated systems.
• Maintaining accuracy to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Meeting daily targets, KPIs and service levels.
