Role: Front desk warehouse operator

Pay range: £25,000 to £32,000 annually

Duties

• Oversee front desk warehouse operations, including interacting with delivery drivers and walk-in clients.
• Organise the shipping of both in-person and online orders.
• Make use of our warehouse management solution to keep precise inventory data.
• Handle shipments coming in and departing out.
• Check stocks in person and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Respond to consumer questions about product availability, orders, and pickups.
• Maintain a hygienic and secure workplace in compliance with health and safety laws.
• Sorting, packing, and selecting orders for clients.
• During busy hours, assist the warehouse team with ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

• It is desirable if you have prior front desk/logistics coordination or warehouse operations expertise.
• Fundamental knowledge of computers (Microsoft Excel, Inventory Systems, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• The capacity to transport and lift boxes or goods weighing up to 25 kg.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English; sponsorship of a visa requires passing the IELTS or UKVI English test.
• Must qualify for sponsorship of a UK skilled worker visa.
