Job summary

Active Force Recruitment Ltd is seeking reliable Warehouse Staff to join a people-focused team delivering great service and long-term career opportunities. You will unload HGVs, palletise stock, pick and pack orders, and work in chilled and ambient areas with a 12-hour shift pattern.

The role offers full training, a temp-to-perm pathway, and a pay progression after the initial 12 weeks, with ongoing support and chances to progress within the business.

Qualifications

• Reliable, hardworking with a positive attitude.
• Ability to travel to TA9, Highbridge.
• Comfortable with physical work and chilled environments.
• Previous LLOP experience is beneficial but not essential - full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Unload HGVs.
• Palletise stock.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Work in chilled and ambient warehouse areas.
• Lift items up to 20kg.
• Work as part of a small, supportive team.
