Warehouse Operative - 4 on 4 off nights - (1400-0200) & (1800-0600), Feltham

This role involves responsibilities such as accurate receiving, loading, storing, and executing shipment orders. The candidate should understand their role in contingency or crisis situations and be able to work the required shift pattern. Updating the computer system with operational data is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Freight: Count products, verify weights, compare with manifests, check for damages or discrepancies, and report issues. Qualified forklift drivers may unload inbound shipments and move products to designated storage locations.
2. Storage: Maximize space utilization and store items safely and properly using the company system.
3. Cargo Handling: Ensure correct handling of products, transport orders to shipping locations with appropriate equipment, and verify cargo markings and labels.
4. Outbound Freight: Confirm quantities, labels, and addresses match orders. Sign documents and move products into outbound vehicles efficiently.
5. Facility and Equipment Maintenance: Keep warehouse areas tidy, operate equipment safely, and comply with safety standards.
6. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, and process inventory adjustments if needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• ULD building experience required.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, demonstrate ownership and responsibility, and work under pressure.
